The Kerres RR 2000 is a fully automatic, external friction smoke generator for industrial units, suitable for all 1- to 4-truck houses in the closed system. A specially developed stainless-steel friction wheel gives very quiet operation and a very fine, delicious smoke flavour, using friction wood (hardwood, 80 x 80 x 1000 mm) held in a magazine with automatic wood change for up to four pieces. The stainless-steel unit is controlled via the smokehouse computer screen, with an integrated spark and dirt trap, and offers low-priced, low-consumption smoking material.
