Kerres Liquid Smoke Equipment FLR

The Kerres FLR liquid smoke equipment is a stainless-steel installation for fast, low-cost liquid smoking, suitable for all system types with an external smoke generator and for 1- to 4-truck systems. An infinitely variable pump (0-7.8 l/h) feeds a stainless-steel two-substance atomizing nozzle that mixes compressed air and liquid smoke externally, via stainless-steel pipes (diameter 8 x 1 mm). A separate 20-litre pressure vessel holds the liquid smoke concentrate, and the liquid smoking is controlled from the smoker's control terminal, with minimal concentrate consumption.
