The Kerres RE sawdust smoke generator is a fully automatic, external smouldering-smoke generator in stainless steel for craft and industrial units. Suited to all sawdust with a grain size of 1-6 mm, it enables both hot and cold smoking with a very fine smoke flavour and microprocessor-controlled temperature monitoring. Electric sawdust ignition with adjustable saw-blade dosing and air supply, plus an integrated spark and dirt trap, come as standard. Several sizes cover 2- to 4-truck systems.
