Kerres Universal Smokehouse HS 2850 (JS-HV)

Kerres universal smokehouses in the HS 2850 (JS-HV) series are multi-purpose treatment chambers with combined horizontal and vertical Jet Smoke airflow for faster, more uniform processing. A single system handles drying, smoking, cooking, simmering, baking, roasting, maturing and sweating, with all smoking processes (hot, intensive and cold smoke) at temperatures up to 150 C. Available for electric, gas, oil or steam heating and as a closed or reduced exhaust-air recirculation system, the modular design scales from 2 to 6 chambers with fully automatic regenerative smoke generation, microprocessor K-Touch 4012 control and an integrated foam cleaning system.
