Kerres HSR Wood Chips Smoke Generator

A fully automatic wood chip smoke generator for hot and cold smoking, made completely in stainless steel and operating in an open system. It runs on wood chips (e.g. beech) with a grain size of 8-16 mm, with electric ignition and adjustable wood chip dosing and air supply. Four sizes are available, covering smokehouses from 1 up to 8 trolleys.
