Hubert Haas Dehairing / Presentation Machine (Vorstellmaschine)

Carcass presentation machine used in combination with a combined scalding and dehairing machine so that 2 pigs are processed simultaneously, giving an hourly capacity of 25-30 pigs. The pig is scalded and dehaired for approx. 2 minutes at a raised scalding temperature of 67 degrees C, then automatically transferred to the presentation machine where it is re-scrubbed and further dehaired and cleaned while the next pig is loaded. It is mobile on 4 castors and fitted with special scraper paddles with metal shavers.
