Hubert Haas Documentation Device DOKU 2019

Documentation device used to record animal-welfare-relevant stunning parameters in accordance with the animal protection slaughter regulation, EC No. 1099/2009 and the national implementing provision. It records current (A), voltage (V), frequency (Hz) and minimum stunning time (sec), is suitable for pigs, sheep and goats, and is compatible with all animal-stunning devices. Data is analysed with the Inspector software.
