Grasselli PCS Portion Cutter

Portion cutter for weight-controlled vertical slicing of fresh boneless products, delivering single slices on weight and on thickness. Through its 3D scanner system, PCS checks and analyses all the product dimensions and adjusts the slicing process to deliver the desired target. It can divide the product into sections with customised slicing parameters and automatically redistribute exceeding weight onto the other slices to minimise waste.
