Grasselli ATF Automatic Tray Filling Line

The ideal solution to automate the tray-packaging process, allowing maximum flexibility and significant cost reduction with the least handling of the product. ATF delivers high-speed performance of 60 deposits (slices/portions) per minute and uses a modular conveyor system (BRG) to automatically arrange sliced meat portions during transit. Non-conforming pieces are automatically detected and rejected through a bypass belt.
