Grasselli PAD + KSL DV Line

In-line slicing solution delivering weight accuracy even with the most irregular product shapes, ideal when portions of an extremely precise weight are required. The Product Analysis Device (PAD) detects the dimensions, height and weight of each incoming product, allowing the KSL DV to dynamically move the blades to reach the desired weight regardless of the incoming product size, with no need for product calibration. With a capacity of 60 chicken breasts per minute it delivers high productivity and superior output.
