Grasselli NSA XC Slicer

Slicer for 2D cutting, able to produce strips or cubes with even or slightly irregular dimensions for a hand-cut effect, obtained completely in-line. NSA XC slices a continuous flow of hot or fresh/chilled product with no handling by the operator, and thanks to the gentle Grasselli slicing technology delivers superior slicing quality with no previous preparation such as chilling or forming. With a 600 mm working width it delivers up to 4 tons/hour and up to 97% yield.
