Supervac AS 660 / 860 Shrink Spray Tunnel

The AS 660 / 860 are in-line hot-water shrink/spray tunnels for continuous shrinking of vacuum-packed product on a conveyor. They shrink with two water curtains from above and a water surge from below (with additional side nozzles on the AS 860) at temperatures up to 95 C, with a belt speed of 0.1 to 0.4 m/sec. They can be heated electrically, by steam, or by a combined electric/steam system, feature 80 mm insulation and integrated vapour extraction. The AS 660 suits belt machines up to the GK 501 B and the AS 860 suits belt machines from the GK 602 B upwards.
