VT-400 MAP Tray Sealing

The Promarks VT-400 is a semi-automatic modified-atmosphere (MAP) tray sealer designed for small to medium-sized operations. By pulling a vacuum and inserting a pure gas mixture, optimal shelf life can be reached for a wide range of products, and the machine accepts a variety of tray shapes and sizes built for specific tray and film configurations. Vacuum, gas and seal times are all easily adjusted via a fully programmable digital control board, and a Busch USA vacuum pump is fitted as standard. Supported modes include traditional sealing, optional vacuum packaging and MAP gas flushing.
