PRS-420 Mini Series Rollstock Machine

The PRS-420 Mini is a thermoforming (rollstock) vacuum packaging machine equipped with a Busch 63m³/hr vacuum pump. It uses quick compressed-air forming, PLC/7" touch-screen control, a servo-driven 5/8" stainless steel conveyor chain and water-cooled tooling, with three loading stations, two independent tool lifting stations and a maximum forming depth of up to 80mm. The welded stainless steel frame, stainless steel loading area and adjustable legs make it suited to continuous production.
