Medical PLC/HMI Vacuum Chamber Sealer

The Promarks PLC/HMI-operated single-chamber vacuum sealer is a stainless steel vacuum chamber for medical, pharmaceutical and industrial applications where precise control over vacuum level is required. The PLC/HMI system controls vacuum draw in inches of Hg or by time, maintainable to 30 inches of Hg or less, and the optional gas flush can be programmed by pressure or time. Seal-bar temperature is controlled through a thermocouple using the trademarked Precise Seal process, accurate to +/- 1 deg. F. Up to six password-protected processes are standard, together with multiple alarms, an offset screen and a complete troubleshooting menu, and multi-stage gas-vac or vac-gas sequences can be programmed via the touch screen. Typical cycle times range from 15 to 25 seconds. Every machine is ETL, UL and NSF approved and can be customised to specific size and width requirements.
