Injector SAS System with an Integrated Weighing System
An SAS injector fitted with an integrated weighing system and SCADA monitoring for full control of the injection level. Two measuring systems, located at the beginning and end of the injection zone, continuously weigh the raw material on the conveyor, and the control system displays the current percentage weight increase from the difference in readings. The dynamic weighing lets the operator adjust the program to maintain the set injection level for a whole lot, and the weighing system is integrated into the machine with no external weighing tables.
