Nock Skinex SB 496 Fish Skinner
Automatic fish skinner with S technology and special application for low-loss skinning of fish with thin skin, e.g. tilapia, pangasius (basa), trout, cod, catfish and squid. It offers three methods of skinning: deep skinning with a sharp blade, thin (shallow) skinning with a sharp blade, and pulling off the skin with a blunt blade (silver skinning). A transport roller without peripheral grooves works with a dynamic cleaning roller for gentle, low-loss processing.
