Nock Skinex QS 98 Fish Skinner
Automatic fish skinner with double lane feeding and very high capacity, a conveyorized double lane fish skinning machine with S technology. It is the sister model of the QS 888 with a modified skinning unit and a perfect substitute for the old BAADER 51. It offers three methods of skinning and has a special application for skinning soft products like white fish and redfish, plus single-lane silver skinning of salmon.
