Nock Cortex CF 460 Fish Skinner
Open top fish skinner with CF technology and universal application for many fish species. It offers three methods of skinning: thin (shallow) skinning with a sharp blade, pulling off the skin with a blunt blade (silver skinning), and restricted deep skinning with a sharp blade. Special application for fish with thick skin, e.g. salmon, salmon trout and flat fish like plaice or sole, and also suitable to skin fish with thin skin.
