Nock Cortex CBV 460
Automatic combination machine for derinding and membrane skinning, with a height-adjustable pressure roller and special suitability for open top operation. The medium length infeed conveyor allows automatic processing, and an exchangeable infeed table enables "manual" work in open top operation, with low side walls for optimal working. It handles automatic derinding of flat and high pieces, derinding of large round pieces in open top operation, and membrane skinning of pork, beef, veal, lamb, game, turkey and poultry.
