Automatic poultry skinning machine for turkey parts with and without bones, with a pressure unit designed for particularly high products. This high-capacity machine automatically skins fresh turkey parts such as turkey breasts and legs. It is a particularly space saving and economical model, available as a mobile version with side accessibility for skin removal or as a "suspended" version with plant-specific adaptation.
