Nock Cortex CBF 496 Salmon Skinner

New

Automatic fish skinner with NOCK ACTIVE SKIN GRIPPER® optimized for skinning fresh and smoked salmon. It offers three methods of skinning: deep skinning with a sharp blade, thin (shallow) skinning with a sharp blade, and pulling off the skin with a blunt blade (silver skinning). The standard hard pressure roller for salmon gives more pressure in the middle of the fillet for deeper skinning of the dark side muscle while skinning the fillet sides less deep.
