Automatic fish skinner with CF technology and universal application. It offers three methods of skinning: deep skinning with a sharp blade, thin (shallow) skinning with a sharp blade, and pulling off the skin with a blunt blade (silver skinning). Special application for fish with thick skin, e.g. salmon trout and flat fish like plaice, sole and dorado, and also suitable to skin fish with thin skin or one side of flat fish.
