Machine with wide cutting width to cut high quality slices of meat for Doner and Gyros meat skewers (Yaprak makinasi). A technical further development of the proven CB 503 KEBAB / CB 703 KEBAB models, with further developed geometry of the pressure unit that dynamically adapts to products with variable heights. The blade holder, transport roller and spring suspended pressure roller are especially designed to cut meat, giving a better cut and more careful processing than with a derinder. Suitable for veal, bull beef, pork, turkey breast and lamb, and ideal for cutting veal breast and bull meat.
