This model is one of the bigger mixer mincers suitable for portioning. Due to its bigger cutting system and worm dimension, the mincer is able to process bigger parts up to a temperature of -6°C effortlessly. The MW52-120 is used wherever the batch size requires a 120 litre hopper.
