Gesame Hamburger Forming Machine MH SUPER 114

The MH SUPER 114 is an industrial-speed machine designed to produce gourmet hamburgers and meatballs, achieving ideal thickness and product appearance with its roller-flattening lever. It can process all types of meat - beef, pork and chicken - as well as vegetable protein and fish, at up to 60 hamburgers per minute. Forming plates run from 22 to 130 mm in diameter, with rectangular plates up to 180 mm long, and a first flattening roller allows different portion diameters to be produced from a single plate. The compact, hygienic design makes assembly, dismantling and cleaning easy, and heavy-duty wheels allow the machine to be repositioned around the production floor.
