V-4000 SP automatic hamburger machine Special nuggets

Automatic forming machine that can be connected to any filler and forms nuggets and small shapes without paper. It produces from 80 up to 120 hamburgers per minute in variable shapes (round, square, oval, rectangular), with round shapes from Ø50mm up to Ø65mm and product weight from 20g by changing the shaper. It operates pneumatically at 6 kg/cm2 and is made of stainless steel.
