Finova 3D Scanning Module

FINOVA's 3D scanning system brings maximum precision to the slicing of irregularly shaped products, enabling the exact weight of each portion to be calibrated and waste to be minimized. Thanks to its volumetric reconstruction technology, the module analyzes the complete shape of the product before slicing and determines the number and thickness of slices needed to reach the target weight with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm, in real time and fully automated. Available on SliceFil slicers with automatic loading.
